Cancellation Policy

Customers who cancel less than 24 hours prior to their appointment will be charged 100% for the reserved service fee. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us by phone in an emergency.

24時間以内のキャンセルについては予約時の施術料金100％をチャージさせて頂きます。（緊急時の場合、お電話にてお問い合わせください）

No-show, No-call Policy

We will call you if you do not show up to your appointment on time. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be cancelled or rescheduled.

予約時間を過ぎてもご来店がない場合はこちらからお電話にて連絡させて頂きます、ご予約から15分が過ぎてご連絡がない場合は当日キャンセルとさせて頂きます。

7day guarantee Fix Policy

We offer free after care services and a 7day guarantee service for customers who are not satisfied with services received at REBIRTH
